We have been helping the owners of holiday homes and second homes with management services in South West England since 2000, and we currently manage over £60 million worth of property. By taking away the headaches concerning cleaning, changeovers and dealing with regular maintenance issues we have enabled hundreds of second homeowners to enjoy long distance property ownership with peace of mind.
We have now expanded our services to offer residential homeowners keyholding, domestic cleaning and property maintenance services. We are able to assist with large properties which have specialist cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Company History
We began by offering full management services to a small number of owners of 5 star self catering properties in south Devon. By refining our product and developing key owner services over the first few years, we grew into a company with over 100 holiday letting properties and second homes under management by 2004.
The growth in the number of second homeowners has created the need for a locally based and reputable keyholding company to provide owners with back up and support services.
We now manage a wide portfolio of holiday properties and second homes,
and are providing our domestic cleaning and maintenance services to an
ever increasing number of customers.
