Inventories
For holiday rental properties, we can provide a full detailed property inventory at the start of a letting period.
Pre-Ratings Inspection Report
For holiday letting properties which join the VisitBritain ratings scheme, we can provide a report in advance of the inspection visit. The report will list any missing inventory items, and detail any work necessary to achieve the desired rating level.
Access Statement
From April 1st 2007 it became a statutory requirement for owners of letting accommodation, under the disability and discrimination act, to provide an Access Statement for guests. The statement will include pertinent information on the property inside and outside, providing guidance on access to all of the main facilities.
Property Energy Assessment
From October 2008 it will be a legal requirement for all letting accommodation to have an Energy Performance Certificate. This measures the overall energy efficiency of a property, and can assist property owners with recommendations on energy savings.
Mail Collection and Mail Re-direct
We can collect mail from a vacant property and forward to the customer's contact address.

Regular or one-off service available.
