All of our cleaning services are based on cleaning each element of a property to 5 star standards. A holiday changeover clean includes all of the elements listed below. Domestic cleaning and other cleaning services will include those elements of the specification as agreed:
Kitchens
- All kitchen white goods, appliances & equipment cleaned
- All worktops, sinks and unit fronts cleaned
- Flooring cleaned and mopped or polished.
Bathrooms
- All baths, showers, toilet bowls and sinks cleaned and left sparkling
- Shower screens, tiles, walls and mirrors cleaned
- Cabinets emptied and cleaned
- Flooring cleaned
Bedrooms
- All drawers, cupboards and wardrobes emptied and cleaned
- Hangars rearranged
- Mattress, protector & pillows checked
- Behind and under beds cleaned and vacuumed
Lounge, dining and communal areas
- Behind & underneath furniture and cushions checked where items are manoeverable; behind and around TV's and appliances cleaned where items are manoeverable; cabinets and unit surfaces and fronts cleaned and polished
- Table cleaned, mats & coasters placed out; dining chairs checked
General
- Ceilings, corners, edges dusted
- Flooring cleaned, carpets vacuumed, small carpet and upholstery marks spot cleaned where quick removal is possible and where no deep cleaning is required
- Internal windows and window sills cleaned, window blinds brushed; Vacuums emptied
External areas
NB - for holiday properties with balconies, patios, gardens and outside areas, we can assist with regular cleaning as well as pre-and post season jet washing.
