In conjunction with the Green Tourism Business Scheme, HHM currently operate the following Green Policy:
- Ensure good environmental practices in all regional offices
- Monitoring the use of natural resources and support the 'turn me off' policy on all electrical and lighting units
- Encouraging our staff to car share for commuting and attending business meetings
- Communication with customers via e-mail rather than paper based mail, including monthly invoicing
- Communication with property managers and contractors via e-mail including weekly work orders and invoicing
- Supporting our letting and marketing agents by offering recycling notices and information on the nearest facilities in all holiday letting properties
- Offering a 'Green Clean' service by using micro fibre re-usable cleaning cloths and maximising the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products
