Whether your property is used as a second home or for holiday rental, or whether you are away from your primary residence on holiday or business, we provide a locally based service which can be contacted at any time throughout the year.
We can provide access for holiday changeovers, trades, utilities, gas checks; arrange for deliveries; collect and forward mail, etc. If requested we can sign out keys to tradespeople for access to the property, or accompany a visitor if required.
Subscription to our annual keyholding service covers the recruitment, vetting, training and quality checking of all staff and contractors involved in carrying out any of our property services.
