For Holiday Rentals, under our standard service level agreement our Property Managers will initially respond to calls from staying guests. Minor issues will be addressed immediately if appropriate. if a call needs to be ‘escalated’ we provide a comprehensive reactive maintenance service, including out of hours callouts. We offer a swift response and suitable resolution to most property maintenance issues across the region 365 days a year, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

All of our maintenance work carries a 12 month labour guarantee. We also have £2 million public liability cover and all of our operatives and subcontractors are fully pre-vetted, carry their own appropriate insurance and guarantee all of their work.
For only £9 per month incl vat customers have access to all maintenance services, including our reactive maintenance and on-call service, available throughout the year.
