Mr and Mrs K visit their property regularly for long weekends, and also make the property available for family and friends to take advantage of, which they often do. We provide monthly property checks to comply with their insurance requirements, together with a report listing any relevant findings and necessary action. We are also on-hand with cleaning services after a visit for those occasions when Mr and Mrs K or their family don’t wish to, or are unable to, clean the property themselves following a visit.
Case Study - Mr & Mrs B, Purchase and management of a second home, Newquay, Cornwall
Mr and Mrs B, who live overseas, purchased a large detached property in north Cornwall. Their chosen property was in poor condition when purchased and required a full refurbishment including internal redecoration and furniture pack, as well as external grounds work and the installation of a Jacuzzi. We acted as project manager, overseeing the complete fit-out and arranging for all necessary maintenance work. The finished house is now managed and maintained by HHM and provides the owners with a very comfortable, well appointed ‘home from home’ whenever they are able to visit the UK.
